The purpose of this Content Moderation Policy is to ensure that Bombshell.fans remains a safe, compliant, and respectful environment for creators, subscribers, and the public. This policy defines the standards for content shared on the Bombshell platform, outlines the moderation process, and establishes actions taken against policy violations.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

• All content uploaded, posted, or shared by creators and users on Bombshell.fans, including photos, videos, captions, messages, comments, and live streams.
• All account types, including creator, subscriber, and agency accounts.
• All forms of media, whether public, private, pay-per-view (PPV), or subscriber-only.

3. Guiding Principles

Bombshell upholds:

• Freedom of expression within legal and ethical boundaries.
• Zero tolerance for illegal, abusive, or exploitative content.
• Transparency in moderation practices.
• Fairness and consistency in enforcement.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and possible account suspension or termination:

A. Illegal or Exploitative Material

• Any depiction of minors (under 18 years old), simulated or real.
• Non-consensual acts, including hidden camera content or voyeurism.
• Trafficking, sexual exploitation, or coercion.
• Revenge pornography or doxxing.
• Bestiality or necrophilia.
• Weapons, illegal substances, or drug use.

B. Non-Consensual or Abusive Behavior

• Physical, emotional, or sexual abuse.
• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation.
• Stalking or targeted hate.

C. Fraudulent or Misleading Practices

• Impersonation or fake accounts.
• Misrepresentation of identity, age, or consent.
• Scams or financial fraud.

D. NSFW Classification Rules

• All adult or suggestive material must be properly marked using the NSFW toggle before posting.
• All previews and teaser content must remain Safe For Work (SFW) — no nudity, sexual activity, or exposure of genitalia or explicit acts.
• Reels, banners, and profile previews must remain SFW.

5. Moderation Process

All uploaded content is reviewed prior to publication and regularly monitored to ensure compliance with applicable laws and Card brand rules.

Bombshell uses a hybrid moderation system consisting of:

• Automated detection tools that scan uploads for flagged keywords, nudity levels, and violations.
• Human moderation by trained staff to review reported or flagged content.
• Escalation procedures for serious or repeated violations.

Process Steps:

1. Upload Review – Automated and random manual checks for compliance before public posting.
2. User Reports – Users can report inappropriate content directly through the platform.
3. Investigation – Reported content is reviewed by the moderation team within 24–48 hours.
4. Action Taken – Depending on severity:
   • Warning to creator.
   • Content removal.
   • Temporary suspension.
   • Permanent account ban for egregious or repeated violations.

6. Appeals

Creators may appeal moderation decisions within 7 days by submitting a request through [email protected] with evidence or clarification. Appeals are reviewed by the Compliance Team within 5 business days.

7. Recordkeeping

Bombshell maintains detailed records of all content moderation activities, including:

• Reported content and timestamps.
• Review outcomes.
• Actions taken and user notifications.
• Audit logs for Visa/Mastercard compliance.

8. Enforcement

Creators who violate this policy may face:

• Account suspension or permanent removal.
• Reversal or withholding of payouts.
• Reporting to law enforcement where applicable.

9. Continuous Improvement

Bombshell's moderation policies are reviewed quarterly to stay aligned with:

• Payment processor requirements (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
• Local and international laws.
• Platform growth and user safety needs.
