Content Removal Policy

1. Purpose

This Content Removal Policy explains how Bombshell.fans handles requests to take down content, the grounds on which content may be removed, and the steps we take after a request is received. It works alongside our Content Moderation Policy, DMCA, and Complaints process.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Photos, videos, captions, messages, comments, live streams, reels, banners, and profile media on Bombshell.fans.
  • Public, private, pay-per-view (PPV), and subscriber-only content.
  • Requests submitted by creators, subscribers, agencies, copyright holders, and members of the public.

3. Grounds for Removal

Content may be removed, disabled, or restricted when it:

  • Depicts minors (under 18), whether simulated or real.
  • Is non-consensual, including hidden camera content, voyeurism, revenge pornography, or doxxing.
  • Involves trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, abuse, harassment, or targeted hate.
  • Infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.
  • Misrepresents identity, age, or consent, or is used for impersonation, scams, or fraud.
  • Violates our Content Moderation Policy, Terms of Service, NSFW classification rules, or applicable law.
  • Is requested for removal by the person depicted, the content owner, or an authorized representative, where the request is valid.

4. How to Request Removal

Submit a removal request to [email protected] with as much of the following as possible:

  • Your full name and contact email.
  • A description of the content and why it should be removed.
  • Direct URLs or other location details for the content on Bombshell.fans.
  • Your relationship to the content (for example: depicted person, copyright owner, authorized agent).
  • Supporting evidence, such as identity verification, consent records, or copyright ownership documents.

Copyright-specific notices should follow the process on our DMCA page. General service issues that are not about taking down content should be submitted through Complaints.

5. Review Process

After a request is received:

  1. Intake – The request is logged with a timestamp and assigned for review.
  2. Assessment – Trained staff review the content, the request, and any supporting evidence, using automated tools where appropriate.
  3. Decision – Reported content is reviewed within 24–48 hours. Illegal or exploitative material may be removed immediately.
  4. Notification – Where legally permitted, we notify the relevant user of the outcome.

6. Outcomes

Depending on the findings, Bombshell may:

  • Remove, disable, or restrict the content.
  • Issue a warning to the account holder.
  • Temporarily suspend or permanently ban the account.
  • Reverse or withhold payouts where the violation warrants it.
  • Report the matter to law enforcement where applicable.
  • Decline the request if it is incomplete, unfounded, or not covered by this policy.

7. Appeals

If content was removed and you believe that decision was made in error, you may appeal within 7 days by emailing [email protected] with evidence or clarification. Appeals are reviewed by the Compliance Team within 5 business days.

8. Recordkeeping

Bombshell maintains records of content removal activity, including:

  • Requests received and timestamps.
  • Review outcomes and actions taken.
  • User notifications, where permitted.
  • Audit logs for payment-processor and legal compliance.
